Mr Bista is a dynamic and accomplished professional with a proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence across various industries including telecommunications ( Largest Private Telco), education ( Worlds largest Open University) and tourism ( Worlds Highest Marathon RaceTenzing Hillary Everest Marathon ). With over two decades of experience, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic thinking, consistently achieving double-digit growth and spearheading innovative initiatives that have significantly impacted the organizations he has been a part of.

He has held senior positions in various social groups such as Lions Club International and Toastmasters International, where he currently serves as an Area Director for District 41. Sushil holds Masters in Business Studies, Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Mangement and has attended residential course in Nepal from Rice Business University, USA.
